At Flymax Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused luggage in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and protective films are still intact on the luggage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
